Villaggio Baia dei Pini stands out for the friendliness and professionalism of its staff, always attentive to the needs of its guests, offering top-level services to ensure maximum comfort.

Reception: the reception office is open 24 hours a day with night porter.

Parking: the parking lot, inside the structure but not guarded, is located right at the entrance of the Hotel. For any need for assistance with luggage, it will be our pleasure to guarantee assistance in transporting you to the reception.

Transfer:
– Olbia airport or port: €100.00 per way (1-3 pax).
– Olbia airport or port: €120.00 per way (4-5 pax).
– Olbia airport or port: €150.00 per way (6-8 pax).
– Child seat: €20.00 on request.
– Night service supplement (20:00 – 07:30): +20% per way.
– Rates include VAT and are payable on site.
– In case of no-show, the entire cost of the transfer will be charged.

The transfer must be confirmed within 10 days of arrival, communicating
the airport or port of departure and departure and arrival times.

Vehicle rental: it is possible to rent bicycles, scooters, cars and dinghies for one or more days based on your needs. All rented vehicles are made available directly at the Hotel. The service is provided by an external partner supplier upon reservation.

Club Card: all entertainment, entertainment activities, the mini club for children, beach service (from the third row onwards), use of the swimming pools, sports facilities and gym are included in the cost of the Club Card of € 8.00 per person per day to be paid for all guests over the age of 3.

Beach Service: the Villaggio Baia dei Pini has a large concession reserved for guests. The Club Card includes the choice of a location from the third row onwards. However, it is possible to book, subject to availability, a different positioning in the first or second row (daily cost of €40.00 in the first row and €30.00 in the second row for a beach umbrella and two sun loungers).

Beach Towels: available at the reception office with a deposit of €20.00, refunded at the end of the rental, and a daily cost of €2.50 per beach towel (daily change included).

Bazaar: inside the Hotel there is a mini bazaar with the main useful items for a comfortable holiday. Typical products and souvenirs of the Sardinian tradition are also available.

Doctor: service bookable on request and for a fee. There is also a tourist medical emergency in Budoni about 2 km from the Village.

Newspapers: a well-stocked newsstand is available at the bazaar. If you wish, you can book your favorite newspaper or magazine by contacting the staff. No additional cost is due other than that of the newspaper or magazine requested.

Hotel for disabled people: Villaggio Baia dei Pini was designed and built to minimize the inconvenience caused by architectural barriers, by providing pedestrian avenues that guarantee access to all common areas, including the beach, and to the rooms. It is necessary to report all problems and special needs at the time of booking to ensure the assignment of the most appropriate room (for example proximity to services or room with disabled bathroom).

Wi-Fi Internet: it is possible to activate the service by contacting the staff at the reception office.

Various services: it is possible to request, with a supplement, laundry, ironing, baby sitting, day use of the room, camping cot, photographer, beauty and massage services, shuttle to the center of the town of Budoni (1.5 km), excursions by land and sea, guided dives and basic and advanced diving courses with equipment rental.

Animals: not allowed.
N.B.: the sports and recreational facilities of the complex, such as swimming pool, piano bar, entertainment, mini club, sports courses, pool bar, beach bar and pagoda restaurant, may also not be activated, if the weather conditions or the low number of guests (especially in low season) do not justify their operation.
